Joseph Giannini

Joseph Giannini is a seasoned professional in land development and project management, currently serving as a Land Development Manager at JLL since October 2022. With a strong background in planning and zoning, Joseph also holds the position of Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the Village of Lake Zurich, Illinois, since August 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at InSite Real Estate from October 2018 to October 2022 and as a Project Engineer at Manhard Consulting between January 2014 and January 2019. Joseph began a family-owned sewer and watermain contracting business, Advance J. Giannini, in March 2007 and operated it until January 2014. Joseph earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Materials Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
