Village of Lombard
Joseph Menolascino currently serves as the CALEA Police Accreditation Manager for the Village of Lombard and as a Security/Safety Advisor for the Chicago Golf Club since April 2023. Previously, Joseph held various positions within the Village of Lombard from September 1996 to September 2022, including Police Sergeant in both the Patrol Division and Traffic Safety Unit, Administrative Police Sergeant, Detective in the Investigation Unit, and Police Officer. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from Elmhurst University and has completed training at the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy. Additionally, Joseph is a State Certified Dignitary Protection Specialist, achieving certification in 2012.
