Ray Schwab

Ray Schwab has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Civil Engineer II at the Village of Lombard since August 1990, where responsibilities include municipal engineering, project management, and construction contract administration. Prior to this role, Ray Schwab worked as a Civil Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers from September 1984 to August 1990 and began a career in construction estimating as an Estimator at Gilbert Commonwealth from September 1981 to November 1983, focusing on electrical power generation and distribution. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's Degrees from Michigan Technological University, one in Civil Engineering (1975-1980) and the other in Engineering Administration (1980-1981).
