Howard Kleinstein

Howard Kleinstein is the Director of Communications at the Village of Mount Prospect. Howard oversees external communications through various outlets including the website, social media, press releases, and newsletters. With a background in film/video, Howard also serves as the Cable Production Coordinator, leading the Television Services Division. Prior to their current position, Howard owned HK Video Services and holds a Master of Science in Communications from Northwestern University.
