Morgan Nancy has over four decades of experience in social services, currently serving as the Human Services Director for the Village of Mount Prospect since August 1984. In this role, Morgan develops policy, programming, and budget, supervises staff, and oversees social services and public health nursing for residents. Prior to this, Morgan worked as a Counselor at The Georgian retirement home from April 1979 to July 1984, providing support to over 200 residents and contributing to the admissions team. Morgan holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Gerontology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Family Social Services from Northern Illinois University.
