Cara Pavlicek

Cara Pavlicek is currently the Village Manager of Northbrook since September 2021. Prior to this role, Cara served as the Village Manager of Oak Park from June 2008 to August 2021. In addition to their managerial roles, Cara also worked as an Interim Manager for Parking and Mobility Services. Cara holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington, a degree in Early Childhood Leadership Academy from Erikson Institute, and a MA from the University of Iowa.
