Susan Bischoff

Susan Bischoff is an experienced professional in emergency communication and mental health services, currently serving as a Police Telecommunicator for the Village of Orland Park, Illinois since February 2023. Prior to this, Susan worked as an SSERT Scribe for the South Suburban Emergency Response Team from July 2016 to October 2022, documenting first responders' actions and radio traffic during critical incidents.
