Rhonda Malcolm

Rhonda Malcolm possesses extensive experience in information technology, having worked at the Village of Palatine since September 1997 in various roles, including Information Technology Manager, Information Technology Administrator, Systems Specialist, Technical Support Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist. In addition to current responsibilities at the Village of Palatine, Rhonda Malcolm serves as the VP of Membership for GMIS Illinois as of September 2024. Rhonda Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Columbia College and an Associate of Arts from Harper College.
