Jessica Spencer

Jessica Spencer is an accomplished public administration professional with extensive experience in municipal management. Currently serving as the Assistant Village Administrator for the Village of River Forest since July 2023, Jessica has held various roles including Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Oak Brook and Administrative Services Manager for the Village of Itasca. Jessica’s background includes responsibilities such as performing audits, managing payroll, coordinating special events, and serving as a FOIA Officer. Jessica has also contributed to grant research and various administrative functions across multiple municipalities, bolstered by a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
