Jeffrey Coleman

Jeffrey Coleman is an experienced public works professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Superintendent of Public Works for the Village of Scarsdale since February 2019, Jeffrey has previously held the position of Director of the Department of Environmental Services for the Town of Cortlandt from September 2010 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing multiple divisions of the public works department. Earlier in their career, Jeffrey worked as the Commissioner of Public Works, Deputy Commissioner, and City Traffic Engineer for the City of New Rochelle from April 2001 to September 2010, and as a Project Engineer specializing in traffic engineering at TRC Companies, Inc. from April 1994 to April 2001. Jeffrey holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
