Kellan Cantrell, AICP, currently serves as the Village Planner for the Village of Scarsdale since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kellan worked as an Assistant Planner in New Castle, NY, from October 2017 to May 2023, and gained experience as a Community Planning and Design Intern at the Regional Plan Association between May 2016 and September 2017. Kellan also held a fellowship at the Pratt Center for Community Development from September 2015 to May 2016 and completed a City Planning Internship with the City of Indianapolis from May 2014 to July 2015. Kellan earned a Master’s of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute in 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2015.
