Thomas C Morzello has extensive experience in public administration and municipal operations, currently serving in the Manager’s Office for the Village of Scarsdale since August 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Assistant to the Village Manager in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, where responsibilities included report preparation, public correspondence, and facilitating Board of Trustees meetings. Thomas has also led research initiatives with the Virtual Committee Program at Civil Majority News, focusing on drug usage policies, and served as a Counselor at Helio Health, Inc. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Binghamton University.
