Andrew Buckwinkler, MPA, is an experienced management analyst at the Village of Schaumburg since June 2021, having previously served as an administrative analyst and intern within the same organization. Andrew's professional journey includes a fellowship with ELGL focused on creating Popular Annual Financial Reports, an internship with the DeKalb County Nonprofit Partnership where multimedia presentations were developed for the Hinckley Historical Society, and an administrative internship with the Town of East Bridgewater involving various policy developments and communication within departments. Earlier experience includes a nonprofit executive internship with the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, where Andrew supported membership services and graphic design initiatives. Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration from Northern Illinois University and also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government with a focus on Public Administration, as well as an Associate of Arts from Elgin Community College.
