Meredith Gioia

Meredith Gioia currently serves as the Communications Manager for the Village of Skokie, where responsibilities include media representation, crisis communication, content development management, and social media oversight. Prior to this role, Meredith worked at DePaul University, holding positions such as Sr. Administrator in Digital Content and Communications for the College of Education, where efforts focused on effective messaging and crisis communications during the COVID pandemic, and Associate Director of the Course Catalog, managing content updates and training staff. Additional experience includes roles as a Website Specialist at Weeks Publishing Company, Marketing Director at TriArts Incorporated, and performer and educator at Madcap Puppets. Meredith holds several degrees from DePaul University, including an MFA in Acting and a Certificate in Teaching and Learning, as well as a BAC in Theatre from Bowling Green State University.
