Stella Koudounis Menegas

Stella Koudounis Menegas is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the A/P and Payroll Supervisor for the Village of Skokie since September 2018. Previous positions include roles in the Avoca School District from April 2011 to August 2018 in the Accounting/Business Office, Budget Director at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center from 1992 to 1994, and Audit Senior and Personnel Manager at Arthur Andersen from 1985 to 1992. Stella obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago, where studies were completed between 1981 and 1985, and graduated from Niles West High School from 1978 to 1981.
