Pat Carr

Pat "PJ" Carr is currently serving as the Village Manager for the Village of Tinley Park, overseeing all administrative affairs for the village. With extensive experience in emergency management and public safety, Pat previously held roles as the Assistant Village Manager and Emergency Management and 911 Director. Additionally, Pat has a background in business consulting and aviation, having served in the U.S. Air Force/Air National Guard/Air Force Reserve and founded AvTurf LLC. Graduating with a Master of Science in Public Safety Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, Pat is well-equipped for managing complex organizational operations.
