Ross Klicker

Ross Klicker has an extensive work experience in community development and economic development roles. Ross is currently serving as the Director of Community Development at the Village of Wheeling, IL since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Community Development Director at the Village of Brookfield, Illinois from October 2019 to June 2020. Ross also served as the Economic Development & Marketing Coordinator at the Village of Niles, IL from 2012 to October 2019. Before that, they worked as the Planning/Economic Development Coordinator at the City of Wood Dale, IL from May 2006 to November 2012.

Ross Klicker earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Community/Economic Development from Iowa State University, which they completed in 2010. Prior to that, they also received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Community and Regional Planning from the same university, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992.
