Maria di Lorenzo

Maria Di Lorenzo serves as General Counsel for both the Chicago History Museum and Erikson Institute, where Maria advances missions focused on civic engagement and educational justice for young children, respectively. Additionally, Maria holds positions as Commissioner on the Board of Police and Fire Commissioners for the Village of Wilmette and as Secretary of the Board of Trustees for the Wilmette Public Library. With extensive experience in the legal field, Maria has held senior roles at J.Crew and Sears Holdings Management Corporation, overseeing compliance and legal affairs across multiple sectors. Maria earned a JD from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BA in Psychology from Seattle University.
