James Marshall

James Marshall has extensive experience in health services management, currently serving as a Coach at LeadingAge Leadership Academy since July 2023, and as the Director of Health Services and Health Center Director at Village On The Isle since September 2020. Prior to these roles, James held positions at Greystone Health Network, including Executive Director and Director of Admissions from May 2018 to October 2020, and Social Services and Admissions Assistant from February 2017 to January 2018. James began a career in retail management as the Retail Operations Manager at Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa from June 2010 to June 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (2016-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of South Florida (2013-2016).
