Erin Timmerman

Erin Timmerman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and sales. Since April 2016, Erin has served as a Real Estate Agent at Village Properties in Santa Barbara, providing clients with trusted advice and strategic insights throughout the home buying and selling process. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Vice President of Property Management at Capitoline Management, LLC., where responsibilities included managing property acquisitions, maintaining occupancy rates, and overseeing financial operations for a diverse portfolio. Erin's career also includes roles as a Senior Leasing Consultant at Irvine Company and a Sales Administrator at Urban Trend, along with previous experience as a Territory Manager at Ashland Distribution.
