Phyllis Cole

Phyllis Cole is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in business development and sales. Currently serving as a Business Development Representative at Village Realty since November 2022, Phyllis previously held the position of Sales Executive at Vacasa from September 2020 to November 2022. Phyllis's notable experience also includes acting as Broker in Charge at Resort Realty Outer Banks NC from October 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included advising on real estate contracts and creating marketing materials. Prior to that, Phyllis was the Broker in Charge at BD&A Builder's and Developers from April 2010 to October 2015, overseeing a team of sales agents and focusing on marketing and sales. Educationally, Phyllis earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Commonwealth University between 1980 and 1983.
