Tammy Francisco

Tammy Francisco possesses extensive experience in caregiving and educational roles, particularly focused on youth and elderly populations. Currently serving as a Program Assistant at Village Shalom since May 2018, Tammy plans and implements activities designed to enhance the cognitive and motor skills of elderly residents with dementia. Previous roles include working as an Autism Caregiver, where significant progress was made in communication and organization skills for a young autistic individual. Tammy's background also includes positions at the Kansas City Chiefs as a Guest Service Representative, multiple roles related to child care and education across various institutions, and a long tenure as a Domestic Organizer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication from The University of Kansas and a Youth Development Credential in After School Programs from the Penn Valley Francis Child Development Institute.
