Helen Frances Allen is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Breaker Brewing Company and as Restaurant Manager/Executive Chef at ShopRite since January 2021, Helen has also held the position of Executive Chef Manager at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine since November 2019. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Shadowbrook Inn & Golf Resort and the University of Scranton Jesuit Community, as well as positions as Pastry Chef and Sous Chef at notable establishments. Helen holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Lackawanna College, earned between 2015 and 2017.
