Craig Norcross

Craig Norcross is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen management and food service operations. Currently serving as the Department Manager at Village Super Market since June 2019, Craig oversees the Catering and Food Service Department with a focus on food safety, financial management, inventory oversight, and quality assurance for a department generating over $2 million annually. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Iron Hills Tavern and Sous Chef positions at various establishments such as Tap House 15 and Caffe Navona. Craig began a culinary career with a Culinary Externship at Marriott International after graduating with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
