Joe Dodd has a range of experience in the food industry, starting in 1996 with LSG Sky Chefs as a Development Chef and later as an Executive Menu Design Chef at LSG Sky Chefs (Chef Solutions). Joe then moved on to H-E-B Supermarkets in 2004, where they worked in Culinary & Product Development. From 2009 to 2011, Joe was a Senior Product Development Manager at Royal Ahold- Stop and Shop, Giant Landover. Joe then worked at Giant Eagle as the Vice President of Prepared Foods & Fresh Food Manufacturing from 2012 to 2017. After that, Joe worked at Albertsons Companies as the Vice President of Deli, Cheese, and Prepared Foods from 2017 to 2019. Joe briefly worked at Kroger as the VP of Deli/Bakery Merchandising in 2019, and then they started their own company, Prepared Food Innovations, LLC, in 2011, where they are the proprietor. Currently, Joe is the Director of Central Production at Village Super Market starting from December 2021.
Joe Dodd attended New Milford High School from 1978 to 1981. After that, they enrolled in the ACF Apprenticeship Program between 1985 and 1988, where they earned a degree in Culinary Arts. In 2007, Joe attended Western Governors University, but no specific degree or field of study information is provided for that period.
