David Hatfield

David Hatfield, MD is a family medicine physician and the current President of Village Medical at VillageMD. David has over 25 years of experience as a medical doctor, including serving as the Regional Medical Director for Partners in Primary Care from July 2012 to August 2015. In this role, they oversaw the transformation of the company from a fee-for-service medical group to a population health focused medical group. David also has experience as the Chief Medical Officer and Physician for Hatfield Medical Group from July 1996 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the medical practice and provided direct patient care.

David Hatfield began their educational career by obtaining a Master of Medical Management from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. David then went on to obtain a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.

David Hatfield works with Chris Ricuarte - CFO, Wendy Rubas - General Counsel, and Clive Fields - Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer. David Hatfield reports to Tim Barry, Co-Founder & CEO.
