Mark Vainisi

Mark is Senior Vice President, Global M&A, for Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ: WBA), a global leader in retail and wholesale pharmacy operating primarily under the Walgreens, Boots and Alliance Healthcare brands. Mark leads all corporate development activities for WBA and manages WBA’s significant portfolio of pharmacy and healthcare investments. Mark currently serves on the boards of VillageMD, Option Care Health, Shields Health Solutions, and iA, a pharmacy automation company. Mark previously worked for the Tribune Company and law firm Sidley Austin. He graduated from the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School.
