Rashida Morgan is a seasoned project manager and operations leader with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as ACO Project Manager at VillageMD since July 2020, Rashida leads project management initiatives, focusing on health equity and Value-Based Contract performance while achieving significant membership growth. Prior experience includes roles at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where Rashida managed multiple outpatient practices and enhanced clinic efficiency, overseeing staff performance and improving patient flow. With a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Nutrition from Brooklyn College, Rashida combines a strong educational foundation with a proven track record of improving healthcare delivery systems and fostering strategic team collaboration.
