Claudia S. has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. Claudia currently holds the position of Vice President, Partnerships & Impact at VillageReach, where they are responsible for mobilizing resources, generating evidence, and building partnerships. In addition, Claudia has served as the Acting CEO & President of VillageReach, overseeing the development of the organization's strategy for the next three years. Claudia is also an Advisory Board Member at the Community Health Impact Coalition and a Non-Executive Board Member at the Centre for Communication Impact. Claudia has previously held roles such as Chief Executive Officer at the Centre for Communication Impact, Director of the Global Fund Malaria Program at Catholic Relief Services, and Director of Health Systems Strengthening at the University of Washington. Claudia has extensive experience in program implementation, strategic leadership, and building partnerships in the health sector.

Claudia S. obtained a Matriculation degree in Matric from St Lukes senior college in 1992. In 1997, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Sciences with a field of study in Medical Microbiology from the University of Limpopo. In 2007, Claudia obtained a Master's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion with a field of study in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria.
