Erin Larsen-Cooper has a diverse work experience in the field of health systems. Erin started their career as a Community Health Worker at Peace Corps from September 2006 to November 2008. Erin then worked as a Peace Corps Recruiter at the University of Washington from September 2009 to June 2011. Erin joined VillageReach in July 2011 and held various roles including Consultant, Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager in their Health Systems Group from 2011 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Senior Manager & Team Lead - Research, Evidence & Learning, and is currently Director & Team Lead - Research Evidence & Learning at VillageReach.

Erin Larsen-Cooper has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Community Health from Western Washington University. Erin also holds two Master's degrees from the University of Washington, one in Public Health (MPH) and another one in Social Work (MSW).
