Anthony Lower

Anthony Lower is the current Director of Enterprise-Wide Systems at Villanova University, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Anthony Lower served at Temple University for over two decades, including as Executive Director of Applications and User Experience, where contributions included leading IT teams to enhance web applications and co-leading the Web Collaboration Center to address enrollment challenges. Anthony Lower developed a long-term web strategy, improved user experience, and transformed the university portal into a comprehensive intranet. Additional roles at Temple University included Director of Portal and Ellucian Banner Self-Service Technologies, Assistant Director of Systems, Applications System Manager, and Lead Software Developer.
