Dave Stangis

Dave Stangis serves as the Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer at Apollo Global Management Inc., where Stangis is the first to hold this position and actively designs and leads sustainability strategies. Stangis holds multiple advisory and leadership roles, including Board Director at Matriark Foods, Advisor at Magnomer, and Faculty for the Sustainable Enterprise Executive Education & Development Program at Villanova University. Additionally, Stangis contributes as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Babson College and a Strategic Advisor for Stojo, while mentoring FoodTech and AgTech startups through AgFunder. Stangis previously founded 21C IMPACT, LLC, served as Executive Advisor at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, and was a Board Member for The Soulfull Project, PBC. Stangis possesses an MBA in Finance and General Management from the University of Michigan, an MS in Occupational and Environmental Health from Wayne State University, and a BS in Chemistry/Biology from the University of Detroit Mercy.
