Eryca Bennett

Eryca Bennett currently serves as the Director of Student-Athlete Development at Villanova University, where responsibilities include directing personal and professional development programming for approximately 600 Division I student-athletes, focusing on education in personal development, diversity and inclusion, and mental health. Prior roles include various positions in academic support for athletics and engagement in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, showcasing a commitment to student welfare and support in both academic and personal growth. Eryca's experience extends across multiple organizations, including a digital marketing internship with Game Plan and volunteer work with the BIG EAST Conference. Eryca Bennett holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Rutgers University and has built a foundation in sports management, event operations, and educational support in various athletic environments.
