Gwen Debenedetto

Gwen DeBenedetto currently serves as the Assistant Director at Drew University's Center for Internships and Professional Development, where responsibilities include shaping strategic goals, advising over 500 students and alumni on career strategies, and initiating various programs. In addition, Gwen holds the position of President for the Club of Northern New Jersey at Villanova University, where programming and communications are designed to foster connections among alumni, parents, and friends. Previous roles include Student Counselor at Rutgers School of Public Affairs, Director of Marketing and Communications at Seton Hall University, and multiple counseling internships across educational settings. Gwen earned an Ed.S. in Professional Counseling and a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Seton Hall University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from Villanova University.
