Jonathan B. Hardy

Jonathan B. Hardy currently holds the position of Deputy Chief Information Officer at Villanova University since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan co-founded the Anti-Racism in Academia (ARiA) initiative in July 2020, which seeks to foster inclusivity in higher education. From May 2007 to April 2021, Jonathan served as IT Director for Systems Engineering and Telephone Services at the University of Georgia, where responsibilities included strategic leadership and career development for staff. Additional experience includes roles as IT Senior Manager at the University of Georgia, an Application Engineer at Drivetech Inc., and an Information Technology Student Tech at the University of Georgia's Food Services. Jonathan began a career in technology as a Computer Support Apprentice at Madison County School District. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Georgia, earned between 2003 and 2020.
