Marie Schauder

Marie Schauder has extensive experience in administrative operations and housing management, with a career at Villanova University since July 1987. As the Director for Administrative Operations for the Men's Basketball program, Marie assists the coaching staff with day-to-day operations and provides essential administrative support. Previously, as the Director for Housing and Operations, Marie oversaw the housing assignment process for 4,500 resident students and collaborated with Facilities Management on residence hall maintenance and renovations. Additional roles included Assistant/Associate Director for Housing Services and Assistant Director for Training and Development, where Marie developed recruitment and training initiatives. Prior experience includes directing housing and student activities at Moore College of Art & Design from June 1985 to July 1987. Marie Schauder holds a Master of Education degree in Student Personnel and College Counseling from the University of Delaware.
