Renato Komatsu has extensive experience in project management and maintenance engineering, currently serving as Gerente de Gestão de Projetos - Capex at Villares Metals since October 2010. Previously, Renato held various roles at Prensas Schuler do Brasil from January 2004 to October 2010, including Warranty Supervisor and Senior Site Manager. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Engenharia Industrial from UFSCar, leadership training through Mandelli e Associados, and participation in the international leadership development program at Grupo Voestalpine.
