Philip Spivey

Philip Spivey currently serves as Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager at Villatel since January 2023. Previously, Philip held various leadership roles in hospitality, including Director of Rooms Operations and Director of Housekeeping at Performance Hospitality from January 2021 to February 2023, and Director of Housekeeping at Aimbridge Hospitality from September 2018 to January 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Omni Hotels & Resorts as Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Front Office Manager, as well as Front Office Supervisor at Villas Of Grand Cypress. Philip began a career in education as an ESL Teacher Manager at Plus English Academy and as an ESL Teacher for the Canadian International Education Organization, with earlier experience as a Recreation Intern at The Sea Pines Resort. Philip holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Radford University, obtained in 2009.
