Hélène Oligny-Hébert is an experienced environmental consultant with a strong background in biological sciences and project management. Currently serving as an Enviro-conseillère at Ville de Granby since August 2020, Hélène has previously held roles as an Agente en environnement at Ville de Saint-Lambert and as a Biologiste, chargée de projet at Enviro-Guide A.L. inc. Hélène's experience includes work on water quality monitoring, project management in environmental conservation, and data analysis. Hélène holds a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Université de Montréal, complemented by a Double DEC in Natural Sciences and Music from Cégep Marie-Victorin.
