Emmanuel Rouede has extensive experience in urban planning and public service, currently serving as CEO and Directeur général des Services for Ville de Grenoble since June 2018. Prior to this role, Emmanuel held the position of Deputy CEO at Grenoble-Alpes Métropole from July 2015 to May 2018, focusing on urbanism, development, housing policies, transportation, and public space design. Emmanuel's career includes significant roles such as Deputy CEO at Conseil Général du Nord, overseeing buildings, road infrastructures, and innovation, as well as Deputy Chief Executive at Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg, managing economic development and environmental public utilities. Earlier positions included Deputy Chief Executive at Conseil Général du Bas Rhin and Chef de service at DDE67, specializing in public building and airport infrastructure consulting. Emmanuel holds an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and an Engineer's degree in sciences from École Polytechnique.
