Lionel Arnaud

Lionel Arnaud currently serves as the Directeur des finances et du contrôle de gestion for the Ville de Grenoble since September 2022. In parallel, Lionel Arnaud has been an Intervenant - Formateur - Conseil aux collectivités at CNFPT and IMPGT-Université Aix-Marseille since September 2011, specializing in management, internal governance, and project management. As a member of the Conseil d'administration for the Association Arty Farty - Festival NUITS SONORES since March 2004, Lionel Arnaud contributes to the cultural sector. Previously, Lionel Arnaud held key financial and performance management roles at Mairie d'Oullins and Ville de Villeurbanne from 2009 to 2022.
