Morgane Coguic

Morgane COGUIC currently serves as the Directrice des affaires juridiques et de la commande publique at Ville de Grenoble since September 2022. Prior to this role, Morgane held the position of Magistrat financier at the Chambre régionale des comptes Centre-Val de Loire from July 2015 to September 2022, focusing on the management control of local authorities, SEM, and hospitals in areas such as financial analysis, human resources, public procurement, public law, accounting, and local finance. Morgane began a career in financial magistracy at the Cour des comptes - CRC in early 2015 and also gained experience as a Chargée de mission in the Social and Human Sciences Sector at UNESCO in 2013. Morgane's educational background includes a Master's degree in Administration publique from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Master's degree in Etudes du développement and other degrees focusing on philosophy and social sciences from various institutions.
