Didier Royer is a seasoned professional in process improvement and project management, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor in Continuous Improvement at Ville de Longueuil since September 2021. Previously, Didier held the position of Service Chief for Performance and Process Improvement at CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-Montréal from June 2015 to September 2021 and worked as a Project Optimization Advisor at CSSS Sud-ouest Verdun from September 2013 to June 2015. Earlier roles included Coordinator of Process Review at CSSS Pierre-Boucher and Lean Coordinator at Thomas & Betts, where Didier managed factory process improvements and various optimization projects.
