Rachel Laflamme

Directrice Du Développement at Ville de Longueuil

Rachel Laflamme has extensive experience in urban planning, currently serving as Directrice du développement and previously as Chef de service - Développement at Ville de Longueuil since April 2016. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Directrice adjointe de l'urbanisme at Ville de Brossard from April 2011 to April 2016 and worked at Ville de Gatineau from 2002 to 2011 as Chef de division de l'urbanisme and Coordonnateur en urbanisme. Rachel Laflamme's academic credentials include a Maitrise in Urbanisme from Université de Montréal (2007-2009), further training in Immobilier from Concordia University, and a Baccalauréat in Géographie urbaine from the University of Ottawa.
