Vincent Lafon

Vincent LAFON currently serves as the Directeur Adjoint - Responsable du service Bâtiment et Energie at the Ville de Montrouge since December 2023. Prior to this role, Vincent worked as Chef de projets (MOA) at the Ville de Sceaux from December 2022 to December 2023, and as Chef de grands projets at the Département de l'Essonne from July 2020 to December 2022, overseeing major construction projects and managing financial and administrative tasks. Key projects included new educational facilities and healthcare centers. Experience also includes serving as Responsable du service maitrise d'ouvrage at the Ville de Draveil, and as Assistant Chef de projet at Barthélémy Griño. Vincent began in the architecture field with a long internship at ACTION ARCHI - ARNAUD ARCHITECTES after earning a Diplôme d'État in Architecture from ENSA Paris-Est in 2016.
