Raphaël Adam

Raphael ADAM has extensive experience in urban management and public service, currently serving as the 6e Vice-président délégué à la politique de la Ville and Conseiller territorial at Paris Ouest La Défense since March 2020, while also holding the positions of Maire and Adjoint au maire en charge de l'aménagement et de l'urbanisme for Ville de Nanterre. Previously, Raphael ADAM worked at the Ministère du Travail from September 2017 to December 2023 as Attaché principal - Chargé de mission emploi des travailleurs handicapés and Attaché - Chargé de mission Insertion par l'activité économique. Earlier roles include an administrative trainee position at the Institut régional d'administration de Metz and various responsibilities at the Ministère de la Transition écologique between 2011 and 2016, where Raphael ADAM gained significant expertise in communication strategies and project management. Raphael ADAM holds multiple degrees in public administration and communication from prominent universities, including Université Paris Nanterre and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
