Florent Saint Martin

Florent Saint Martin serves as the Vice-président en charge de l’Arrondissement du Havre at DEPARTEMENT DE LA SEINE-MARITIME since July 2021 and holds the position of Vice-président for Urbanisme, Habitat, Enseignement supérieur, Foncier et Politique de la ville at Le Havre Seine Métropole since January 2019. In addition, Florent is the President of Alcéane and the President du groupe de la Majorité au conseil municipal du Havre, where also previously served as Adjoint au Maire en charge de l’Urbanisme. Furthermore, Florent has experience as Executive Manager at EUROPOLITIS, a visiting professor at the College of Europe, and served as Associate Professor at Sciences Po. Previous roles include Vice President in charge of Housing and Urban Policy at CODAH and President of SEVEDE. Early career highlights include positions as Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament for MEPs Corinne Lepage and Bernard Lehideux. Florent holds multiple degrees in Political Science and International Relations from prestigious institutions including Sciences Po and the College of Europe, along with recent completion of the Cycle des Hautes Études pour le Développement Économique.
