Sandrine Lemaistre

Sandrine LEMAISTRE has extensive experience in urban project management, having worked at Ville du Havre since February 2004 in various roles, including Manager de Projets and Cheffe de Service stratégie foncière grands projets. In addition to project management, Sandrine has contributed to academic programs at Université Le Havre Normandie since November 2006, teaching Master’s level courses in urbanism. Prior experience includes a position at Métropole Rouen Normandie focused on territorial planning and housing from 2002 to 2004 and a brief internship as a Chargée de mission at SYDAR. Sandrine holds a DESS maîtrise d'ouvrage en aménagement et urbanisme from Polytech Tours.
