Ngoc Nuong Bui Schaer is an accomplished architect and urban planner with extensive experience in both public service and private practice. Currently serving as the architect responsible for building permits at Ville de Neuchâtel since April 2018 and as an urban planner at Ville d'Yverdon-les-Bains since August 2016, Ngoc contributes to crucial urban development projects. As the president of GPA - Groupement professionnel des architectes since June 2013 and the founder of Bui Schaer Architectes since January 2012, Ngoc operates as an independent architect and urbanist in the Nord-Vaudois region. Prior roles include urban planning at Commune de Pully and experiences with renowned architectural firms and internships. Ngoc holds a Master of Arts in Architecture from Berner Fachhochschule and is currently pursuing a MAS in Real Estate Expertise at EPFL.
