Christina Bender

Christina Bender has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 2005, they started as a Quantitative Analyst at UniCredit and remained in that position until 2008. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at d-fine GmbH, where they served as a Manager and Prokuristin. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Lehrbeauftragte at Universität des Saarlandes. In 2018, they joined Villeroy & Boch, initially working as a Senior Digitalstrategin - Data Science, where they focused on Data/AI/Cloud-Strategy and implementation. Later on, they became the Head of Data Lab and led various projects related to digital strategy, CRM, and process digitalization.

Christina Bender completed their education with a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Konstanz, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Diplom in Mathematical Finance from the same institution, studying from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, Christina participated in a non-degree exchange program at Yale University from 2003 to 2004, focusing on Economics.
